“My name is Manny Cruz live in San Francisco. Last year my home furnace heater malfunction. It was a very difficult time because it happen in December. I called 4 company base in San Francisco. This company send a serviceman at the site and I have to sign a contract paper with deposit.
There was 2 serviceman comes out with a diagnostic that I have to replace the whole system. The other search for heater parts malfunction, get into the electronic parts with no avail. Call up the supervisor for 3 hour how to diagnose. Stay turn on and off the heater left and return the next day the system was not fix. I called up the company. The company spokesperson told me that she send a professional serviceman with 10 years experience. Turns out that they hired a low level technician who does not know what he was doing. Comes out the serviceman works for the PG &E and was hired by the company to work part time.
This person is expert on R&R (remove and replace). I hold my bank account for amount withdrawal that I sign on agreement. I found out that this is a scam outfit. There are so many of them.

So desperate to fix my home furnace heater I look at the yellow book found “Air Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.” In 30 minutes Mr J Shorter arrive, looks and diagnose the problem on my furnace. Replace what parts necessary. Did not even let me sign a contract nor deposit. Stay on the site to make sure that the furnace is working properly. Mr J Shorter a gentleman and very polite person told me that he will leave upon staying for 45 minutes and advice me to call if the furnace does not operate properly. The word was “Do not call me unless the furnace does not work. I will be back in 1 week, that’s my service guaranty. Mr J Shorter calls me in the time frame of 1 week if everything is working. I mailed my payment with full satisfaction of excellent professional service. This is a one of special service, staying on their workmanship and word of guaranteed job. As of now Oct 15, 2013 over a year and a half the furnace is working well.
